Couldn't get in to the New Stand at the College Road end or in the middle, so went right along behind it. I got in at the far end and stood - in practical isolation - with a Heineken beer cart (with minimal queues) and an underused jacks outside at the corner of the Bohermore Terrace and the New Stand.

Trial and error - it will all sort itself out.

I think a feedback section on the site would be a good idea.

All entirely constructive, not a place for rants, just ideas and stories of the matchday experience that can be used to learn lessons and improve the day for all involved.

Any way I wont whinge too much, the bar was a disaster before kick off but its great to be complaining of over crowding, long may it continue!!

Can I suggest that these points are made to the Clan Committee for feedback to Connacht Rugby or even a polite note directly to the Office, in a positive way of course. The focus has been on ensuring these faciities have been in place for the big games. The new focus should be to make sure they work as well as they can, and that'll only happen with feedback from the people who actually use the facilities...

More away fans are needed. We were quite quiet in patches on Saturday, but a few rowdy Glaws fans will mean the Connacht fans will have to drown them out when they start singing. That'll add to the noise.

I believe Gloucester were sent 2000 tickets and they requested a further 1000 no which they were entitled to. Will be a sell out hopefully given that we sold over 9000 at the weekend.

great game and all last night and prob our only sell out of the season. maybe munster and leinster will sell out and fingers crossed for big crowd in the other two heineken games.

i no that they put the barriers in the clan stand for safety but -_- me it is hard making your way in and out at half time.what used to be the same problem in the main stand is that there in no clear path to walk from pitch side to the back of the stand. even if people move out of the way the barrier is in the way.
hope something will be fixed with this

ya a couple of feet each side HAS TO BE  a GOOD THING...hardly gonna effect the athmosphere, fit another 3 or 400 comfortably into it down close to the try line to push the lads over it!!

Is the extension not happening at either end, not extending cover out over the dog track?

This is great news, the clan terrace was turning into a cattle mart especially when its raining...last friday i got soaked in the first half but snuck under the covers in the second....we need to make the sports ground comfortable for all ....keep people coming...no harm adding a little extension to it....athmosphere will still be good if not better, at least everyone can see the game!!

Passed the ground today. Saw two more sections going on the Clan terrace. Thought the atmosphere was crackin last Friday. H-Cup will be savage.

That's great as long as it doesn't dilute the noise, lot of responsibility on the heads filling the new space.... ;D

Work in progress Connacht Cattle. There are some pretty massive banners on order as well! Will check it out tomorrow, maybe Breifne will get some snaps again.
