Once I found it it was pretty straightforward.
But this season the issues only really started when they actually got around to issuing the tickets via their weird app.

The screenshot does work got in no problems last week for the munster match,I had been onto connacht rugby as I followed all the instructions & nothing wouldn't work. So I asked if a screenshot would work & she said yes & it did. .
Try it hopefully it will work for you, enjoy the match

It’s back again, fixed itself. There are a lot of people not happy with the new ticket system. I don’t think that this is a step in the right direction, but I could be proved wrong.

Worth emailing and asking for the pdf anyway. That's what I did, I have no faith in that website working on the day.

Still a blank screen, at least I have the screen shot!

Talk to Pinky, I think he has it sussed out!! He's in the same situation (but probably worse knowing his not so "tech" phone )

According to the latest email you now apparently CAN share your season ticket.
So I can unsubscribe from all of the conspiracy-theory organisations I have recently joined.

I emailed them and they sent me out a PDF version, same as last year's one. That will be so much easier.
I remain hugely confused as to what they are trying to achieve (possibly huge confusion, in which case it's been a resounding success).

I'm a bit baffled by the whole thing.
It gives you instructions on how to "share" a ticket but says you can't share your season ticket or it will be cancelled.
What other type of ticket could I share?
At the end of the day it's a QR code so it shouldn't make a blind bit of difference what form it takes

Out of curiosity I checked the other provinces season ticket offerings. They are all with ticketmaster and they just give you the QR code with the option of having it on your phone or printing it, simples. The cards unfortunately seem to have gone out of fashion everywhere, which is a pity as they were damn handy to just stick in the wallet and I'd say a lot of people collected them.
They also actively encourage sharing your season ticket if you can't go, which makes sense as it increases the value of the season ticket, Connacht seem to be the only team jumping through hoops to ensure your spot remains unused.
