Missed what looked like a simpler one (relative to the two superb conversions) from a penalty at 17-13 but along with the other subs made a big impact, his pass to set O'Halloran away, who then set up Griffin for the try which was the spark that turned the game.

He is a good raw talent in a side that short on experience and stability. It'll take time but for the moment he deserves a start next Friday against his former club.
