As I said it's not mandatory Pinky. It helps the organisers, but i suppose who cares......You are not the one that has to go looking for people when they go missing and try to get everyone back in bus.
As always there will be announcements via social and also also forum...

And negative feedback from those who didn't.

We don't need to know where the bus will be, just a meeting point for after the game and a time to be there. Nobody checks their watch at the final whistle or starts a countdown timer to work out the bus departure time.

No Notions here and WhatsApp is Not Required! The WhatsApp Community is an easy way to keep everyone up to date on the trip - i.e. Collection Point and Also Exact PickUp Point when we leave the stadium (Location will be pinned so everyone can get to the bus easily). The buses location will vary on the space available for the bus to park.

These have been used on away trips and last years bus trip too with positive feedback from people who used the Communities....

For anyone traveling on the Clan Bus (and also have WhatsApp) I would really recommend that you join the WhatsApp community for the bus trip.
It is the best way to stay informed of the travel arrangements and any updates.

Anyone who has booked the bus will receive an email from me today.
It's the link for the WhatsApp Community. We trialled these at away games last season and worked a treat.
This makes it much easier to keep everyone on the trip updated with all the info.

QR code to buy the tickets. Don't worry, we're relying on the good old "Name on a list" method for actually getting onto the bus.

Why would you need QR codes?
Just tick the names off the list getting on the bus!
The chances of bus ticket fraud are slim methinks.

I can confirm that both your membership and 2 Bus Tickets went through.
We are trying a new "Easier" QR code method via Stripe.
We are working to find the "Email recipient module upon payment", once we find it, we will enable the option and people will get notified.
