Rodders???
I looked it up apparently he [ross mcmillan] was in the Championship until recently so he gained that weight as a semi-pro. 26kg is pretty ridiculous but that probably includes some water weight and some muscle loss initially as he probably just tried to lose weight as quickly as possible in preseason.

northampton 11
quins 3
another tackle on a player in the air, this time in the 4th min. yellow for the saint winger.
my god it was a hell of a boring game till the the 25th min or so.
it is and has been game over for a while. saints in control and quins has little or no chances apart from messy lineouts.

A cracking evening of rugby ahead. Can't wait!
Too many mistakes from Paris, 'Qiuns much smarter and the ref was appalling! Young Lydon did okay.

However, with no automatic qualifying place (or even playoff by the sound of it) for the winners, the Challenge Cup has dropped way down the priority list for all.
I heard for the following season the Challenge Cup winners will be involved in the playoffs. I hope so as otherwise it could become a bit of an irrelevance.
On the upside, it would give Connacht a better chance of winning.

That time again, the amlin gets better and 50point wins disappear. Yes its only midweek, but a little notice to make time for a game tomorrow. Its on at 8pm, but if you are free at 6.30 the Dragons vs Edinburgh is on S4C/BBC ALBA so links will be available.
imagine Connacht having games at 6.30 on a Thursday. CRAZZYYYYYYYYY
Thursday - 20:00 Sale Sharks - Northampton Saints
Friday - 20.00 Stade Francais Paris - Harlequins
Sunday - 14.00 Bath - Brive
Sunday - 19.00 London Wasps - Gloucester
Tie of the round is stade/quins replay of theamlin cup final 2011.
But this is the best moment between the 2 sides.

rossie wrote: Apparently the Portuguese union have applied to the erc to replace the Spanish team who pulled out of the Hamlin with a Portuguese xv made up of the best players from their league. It would be based in Lisbon university and they are currently running a competition among marketing and design students to come up with a name, logo and kit for the team.
This could spice up debate re hec going forward. Esp if georgians, Romanians and Russians are of a mind to do same.
spot on. Lusitanos based in Lisbon have beenincluded in group 5. www.ercrugby.com/eng/news/22029.php#.UiURqLwVyI4

All info I got re Portuguese application came from London Irish fans forum as Olympus Madrid were due to be in their Hamlin group. The Portuguese union have announced that their application has been successful but there has been no confirmation from etc yet.
They also say that the funding for season is in place.
