I'm a big fan of the 5 second rule for using the ball from a ruck.
Only Law I disagree with is the Scrum reform, it doesn't go anywhere near far enough to remove the "hit" from the engagement. The two packs should only be driving on the put-in IMO, back to the old school scrums but with better trained officials now.
I'm a second row myself so I love being part of dominating eight at the scrum, but when you see the sort of hits that a third team prop/hooker is supposed to take it's crazy dangerous...
