I've a slight problem with reading some posts. It's happened few times and has happened now again
For example, in the Exeter trip thread, it says last post is written by fourdogs, but when I click on it, I can only read last post on page number 5. Yesterday it said 2 new posts but doesn't give opinion on clicking to page number 6
As I said, has happened a few times and it works when there are 3 or 4 posts added to the new page
I don't have this problem with all threads that go onto a new page
Anyone else have this problem?
It's happened to me too.. see last post on on outside but it's not on page

For the most part I don't think there are any problems. Or if there are no-one's cared enough to let me know

Ah, I didn't see the image before. That's cheating!
BTW are any of the changes affecting the app? I don't have an iPhone so can't check. Let me know if there are any problems.

You might want to remove that info then!

I didn't read Pinky's post correctly and was trying to access from the home page instead of via the Clan News menu...
I admonished myself suitably....

Normally you should only see it on the admin logins. I tried the article submission and it worked for me but not sure if I had to enter those details (I have to do it sometimes when I log in as admin so I wouldn;t have noticed).

OK, cheers for the feedback S_P. I'll take a look at it this evening. I thought I had it set up for all registered users but that probably doesn't mean what I think it means. Out of interest, does the "Article Submission" option work for you?
Yep thank Pinky, Article Submission page is fine for me...

When you attach an image you have to insert the image into the message for it to be viewable...
So Add File the image file, and then click Insert

pinky wrote: Ye might have noticed a new section on the bottom left of the home page for "Connacht News Online", which is just a place for links to Connacht-related stories on other sites.
Anyone who is logged in should be able to add a link to this. Just go to the "Clan News" menu and select "Weblink Submission" (you won't see the option unless logged in).
Paste the title of the article into the Title field and the web address into URL. Make sure "Connacht News on the Web" is selected as the "Category" (I think that is the only option available for most people anyway). Then hit Save. No need to fill out any of the other fields.
Give a shout if this isn't working for anyone.

There has been some debate on that exact topic amongst the Tech Triumvirate (myself, Pinky and Dec)... The plugin we are using ties in directly to the forum and some of the options are limited. We can actually display the content in either "direction".
Personally I like being able to read over the current discussion in the "correct order", but I know that others prefer to see the latest first. What I'm going to try over the weekend is to enable more options in the plugin itself (hide the comments, truncate long posts, etc...) and will have a look to see if users can set the sort order themselves.
I totally forgot about this and I'm not in a position to look at it until next week. ... If I remember
