Ya, there is seated areas but you'll most likely beside Munster fans.

East Terrace North is standing and where most Connacht fans gather.

Blocks 201 - 204 are behind the East Terrace North and seated.

Normally we are in the EAST TERRACE - STANDING. 
I would be assuming that's where we are going again this season.
