They do need to provide flag bins for the bigger games, because peeople will take the flags for the duration of the game and most adults want rid once it's over...
Why go to the expence of the towels, dispose of the sticks on the flags. Hey presto a hand held towel that can double up as a bandana or neckerchief. Simples.

The little towels looks class if everyone has them alright. How do you get everyone to bring them week in week out though? I guess it just needs to become our "thing" if it is to work.
The other idea I had before was to have green connacht branded rain macs - I'm talking cheap ones, which the branch could sell for a euro a pop (or even give out free) on wet nights. I'm sure the people standing at either end would appreciate them, and they'd add to the colour.

Diom wrote: Banners... nope. It's not been raised and we have no money for it to be honest anyway. They are pretty expensive from what some of the other have said. I have a Clan bodhran that I paid for myself but I cannot stretch to paying for a banner unfortunately.
Also not bring the bodhran... Ryanair charge €40 each way and that is without even looking at what EasyJet charge. Anyone going on a less mercenary company is more than welcome to bring it with them though.
Aside from that aye aye, green from head to toe. I will have a hand flag and a big flag as a cape. Remember to bring a jacket that you can pull your jersey on OVER so your colours can be seen!
Good man. The Greener, the Greater....
Well on the banner side of things, the way Munsterfans sorted theirs orignally was via contributions from suppoorters. If you remember back to the early days their banners ("G'wan Bull tis your Field" etc...) had writing around the edges, that was the names of each contributor for each banner. Doesn't have to be a huge amount of money per person to get them up and going.
Another thing I like is from NFL, and the Pittsburgh Steeler in particular. The Terrible Towels they way at games, very effective and easily portable from game to game and not very expensive to buy...
If we could get green versions made up, say similar shade to the training tops that the team wear, a ful Clan Terrace they'd be "awesome"...

It'll be great if as anticipate there are 700 supporters over for the game from all parts of Ireland, the UK and Europe. That is a seriously healthy number, especialy with all things considered.
But hopefully everyone attending the game will get into the spirit of the occasion and Green up as much as possible. The more we all put into supporting the team on match day, the more we and they will get from it.
So on match day we want GREEN jerseys (not the black or maroon ones), bring your hats, scarves, face paint etc...
Remember our recognisable colour is GREEN folks!
If you picked up a free flag at any of the home games can you please bring it with you, there will be no problem getting it on the plane as hand luggage.
And of course we want NOISE get seriously Vocal, if a song starts join in if you've got a Bodhran that can git in our bag or in overhead luggage bring it and Bang it. Let's go one step further than the Quins game at the Stoop..
One thing is for sure the Toulousain will be in spades, the are a proud Club and always support their team with colour and spirit.....
By the way Diom, do we have any Clan Banners sorted yet?
Leighton - Can you bring the ICRSC banner if it's still floating around, does O'Connells still have it? Doesn't matter that it's ICRSC it's got a great big Connacht crest on it
