Hi Denise, you are best holding back until August 1st as that's when the new season membership starts. 

On the payment issues, People have had some issues this season (Site update last year helped get rid of a lot of the bugs), unfortunately a lot of the current issues are on the devices themselves (Mobiles, Tablets, Laptop, even Emulators). 

i.e. Usually Caches on their devices need clearing or VPNs interfering with the Capacha security code. 

We are working on an update to create reoccurring membership, auto renewal. Hoping to go live for membership in August.
