It took me a few goes to put in the right card number, but the thing appears to have gone through.

This is very clearly not the branches fault, I reckon someone in tickets.ie HQ flipped a switch and then went out to celebrate Connachts victory. Can't be helped, and perhaps the fairest would be to refund and start again Monday, as others have said 25 is quite low for Pro12 semi. Speaking for myself, wouldn't like to take money out of the branches pocket.

Also, I'll have a bulmers if anyone is off to the bar.

Just got mine, thanks to this wonderful-as-ever forum. Delighted because I'll be working Monday morning and was afraid the Clan would sell out quickly.

Was the price ever confirmed anywhere? I was expecting to pay around 40 for the tickets.

Season ticket holders might miss out on Clan tickets because they didn't realise they went on sale early. They will have very legitimate grievances. This is a shambles but the horse has bolted now. No point trying to void purchases. That could cause extra confusion.

On a side note, €25 is cheap
