They made hard work of the bonus point against a 14 man ospreys team that had nothing to play for going into the game and half the team probably just wanted to get through to the six nations without injury. Not sure what to make of it but I don't think Leinster have much chance of silverware this year.

Leinster well on top of a 14 man Ospreys here, 17-3 at half time

Leinster have Gahan Meats as their main shirt sponsor tonight, anyone know what that's about? BOI is still on the sleeves.

Heaslip will go, SOB will stay if Leinster meet him halfway.

While a loss, they need to get more game time for the academy coming through. Look at Ruddock, surely not far off Ireland, I think patterns and the way they play will allow them override some lost players.

According to sources Heaslip is off to Toulouse and SOB to Clermont. Yes it's being mooted for a long time but it looks like contracts have being inked at last.

Ulster were great to but Treviso aren't having a great season and not to take away anything from Munster but Pergingnan were woeful. Northampton are up their in the English premiership which is why I was so impressed. A clean sweep for the Irish Provinces this week! Doesn't happen often so lets enjoy!

Totally agree. Ulster were vicious too along with Munster who are going in at the break 22-0 up. Confidence and belief is high with these teams because of their players involvement in the autumn tests. Hopefully it rubs off on us too but with only Robbie in the squad it will be hard.

They were on fire. Most of that team reached a new high point in terms of delivering a performance against NZ. They know what they can put out there now and with the disappointment of that match I'm sure it galvanised them. They'll need to be able to hang onto that intensity to keep going like they did, but if they do then I agree that they'll win the HEC.
Of course come 6N time it'll be hard to look beyond any starting Leinster player if that is the case.

The latest rumour of a medical joker for Leinster is Quentin McDonald from the Blue's. A good signing if they can get him.

Was great to see two new IQ forards in Moore and McGrath coming through. Macken didn't shame himself either.

Yep they did what they had to do but Jesus ospeeys were awful. Having that pack and going at Leinster up front is unforgivable. Forwards totally renaged on their responsibility.

I got that prediction fairly wrong. Performances by a number of forwards noticeably lifted from last week and gopperth was loving being in the heineken cup. Still questions about whether they can maintain that but they've shown in the past they can build momentum as well as anyone.

Madigan paying the price for last weeks defeat to Munster, that's a kick in the teeth for him.

It will take a massive performance from a number of Leinster players to win it, Ospreys are pretty much Leinsters bogey team and seem much more settled so far this season than Leinster with a lot of players coming in off the boil, back from injury, inexperienced, etc. Could be a long aul season for the boys in blue....
