What's a two tier academy?

No idea Craic head. It's something Leinster are allegedly going to do next year but we have no details at the moment. It's meant to be different than the sub-academy somehow but I have no idea how.

As for the Salmson link I was actually making fun of this yesterday on the WoC blog. I don't know what EOS has on the Indo staff but it must be potent.

It is astonishing that O'Sullivan is still not working in rugby. His coaching pedigree is beyond doubt and he has a tremendous success rate. He led Ireland to three Triple Crowns and to a highest-ever third place ranking at one stage.

He also earned plaudits for his work with the USA Eagles through the 2011 World Cup.

There was outrage in some circles when he wasn't on the shortlist for the Connacht job and he will surely be linked with the Leinster role when it becomes available.

That seems to be the common consent on Babbling brook a lot of people are hoping its a rumour and Willie Le Roux is the guy that comes.

turned on the last 10 mins and the game went on till 87min!!!
leinster had a penalty with 5 mins to go, turned it down and went into the corner, it was all attack for the next 12mins. great defence from ulster.

If ever there was a player who deserved an incentive based contract it is him. Since the '09 Lions tour he has regressed as a player, and become more and more injury prone.

ah the crystal ball that every manager should have. considering madigan was either on bench or at fullbsck for all leinsters big games prior to sextons injury while pj played at 10 in almost all of ulsters during their unbeateen run!
